It really is a lifestyle! Anyone can calorie restrict, eat zero carbs and do crazy amounts of cardio to lose weight. Most of the time the weight lost in these “crash” diets cone right back the minute carbs are consumed again or cardio is reduced from the hrs being done. To maintain Zero carbs and hours of cardio not only wreaks havoc on your metabolism but your results probably wont last for too long, leaving you frustrated. With that said, to maintain ✨HEALTHY ✨results and a ✨HEALTHY✨ body composition  it is easier to do things the RIGHT way. And there isn’t ONE right way, there are several SMART ways to diet and train vs a crash diet. Every body is different. Fitness is about finding the RIGHT way for YOU. Just be smart and aak yourself if how you are eating and training is how you want to eat in 5yrs. if you can answer YES, than you have probably found the formula that is RIGHT. Avoiding a crash course to fitness may seem like the slower route at first but I guarantee you that the end results will be much more gratifying and long-lasting.
